Low-drag regional wingtip

A retrofit wingtip for regional turboprops targeting 4% fuel burn reduction. Concept CAD exists; needs CFD validation, tooling plan and certification pathway.
What's needed
We have a parametric wingtip concept and wind-tunnel intent. We need: CFD sweeps at cruise, structural layup proposal, tooling/manufacture plan, and a CASA certification pathway summary. Best funded design wins the bounty; every accepted contribution to the winning design is paid its weighted share.
