Solar cold-chain esky for remote clinics

A 40L passively-insulated vaccine cooler with a small solar top-up. Prototype 2 works but holds temperature only 26 hours.
What's needed
Target: 72 hours at under 8 degrees ambient 38. Needs vacuum panel sourcing, PCM selection, control board firmware and a field-serviceable latch design.
